Independent Survey Shows Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with The Glass Guru’s Performance
The Glass Guru franchise was recently named a Top 2021 Franchise for franchise owner satisfaction by Franchise Business Review (FBR). This is the 16th annual ranking of the 200 best franchise opportunities as rated by franchise business owners, and the 7th time The Glass Guru has been honored by FBR in the past 9 years. FBR shared the news with The Glass Guru’s leadership team on the heels of the organization’s first digital franchise conference. The company who specializes in glass, window, and door repair and replacement had just come off a record-setting year, with many franchise locations hitting new revenue milestones, and working consistently as “essential businesses” throughout the pandemic. The Glass Guru is an excellent example of how many home service companies have had the opportunity to not only grow during these difficult times, but even make significant investments in new tools and initiatives, as is the case with The Glass Guru.
Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings and awards for franchise companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of the top 200 franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises.
The Glass Guru was among over 300 franchise brands, representing more than 28,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. The Glass Guru’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

- The company had its highest overall satisfaction score ever (75.9)
- The Glass Guru again eclipsed FBR’s “Benchmark” score (71)
- The Glass Guru soundly beat both the Services category (72.3) and the Home Services category (71.9)
