Debbie York studied Criminology at Sierra College in California. Before joining the Glass Guru team in 2012, she was a business owner. She held numerous positions, including accounting, finance, human resources, and leadership roles. She enjoys seeing franchisees achieve accomplishments through business growth. Her passion for helping franchise owners grow in their business and gain success makes her a great Franchise Business Coach.

Debbi lives in Orangevale, California, with her children. She enjoys exercising, reading, wine tasting, camping, and spending time with friends and family, especially her granddaughter when she is not working. Sometimes you can find Debbi being a “Dancing Queen” to her favorite band ABBA.
