VP Franchise Business Development

Rob Lopez was a member of the USAF Reserves for 12 years, serving as a mission Capabilities Specialist. Eventually, he cross-trained into the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the USAF. Majoring in Law and Justice with a minor in Small Business Management from Rowan University, Rob then began his diverse professional roles after graduating. From being a New Jersey Juvenile Probation Officer, State of NJ investigator (Public Defender’s Office), USIS Private Intelligence (Security Clearance Background Investigator), and a State of OH Civil Right Investigator.

Lopez has a demonstrated history of financial success as a franchise owner, building up a highly profitable service franchise for 8 years. In his diverse vocational background, Rob has developed unrivaled capabilities as a high-level coach and mentor.

In 2015, Rob joined the Glass Guru team and currently serves as Vice President of Franchise Development. Rob and his team are responsible for coaching and mentoring all of The Glass Guru’s franchise locations.

Rob lives in Savannah, Texas, with his wife Annette and three kids, Nathan, Alex, and Christian. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, and of course, America’s pastime. You can find him coaching his boys and others in baseball. Being passionate about coaching is prominent both on the field and at Glass Guru. He stated that his favorite song is Empire State of Mind by Alecia Keys (ft. Jay-Z), and that is the most fitting song for a franchise coach, truly.
