The Glass Guru initial franchise fee is based on territory population. Our minimum initial franchise fee is $19,5000 for a territory with a maximum population of 200K. The franchise fee for a territory of 750K in population would come with the maximum franchise fee of $52,500. The table below shows example territory populations and the corresponding franchise fee.

STARTUP COSTS

MARKET OUTLOOK

Current economic indicators point to a great future for The Glass Guru on many different levels. Nationwide spending on improvements, maintenance, and repairs was up 6% in 2016.* With national house prices back to pre-recession levels and both household incomes and existing home sales on the rise, further growth is anticipated for the foreseeable future. Demand for for residential windows and doors is expected to continue to rise. One driving factor to window and door upgrades is energy efficiency.
